We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business.

These lower units are in fair condition with obvious cosmetic defects as well as seized internal parts. Neither the shafts nor the shift rods or propeller shafts rotate and are fully locked up which warrants the “for parts only” description. Each “buy-it-now” is for two lower units.

We were able to determine that these are Yamaha Lower Units based on previous marine industry experience.

The exact model is unknown as Yamaha lower units do not have serial or model numbers, however we believe these to be from 200HP 4-stroke motors. Both have a 25″ inch drive shafts but are completely frozen and are only good for parts. 

Please see photos for more regarding the condition and please verify compatibility before purchasing. These items are guaranteed non-DOA, however, because they are a new old stock items, they do not carry any manufacturer’s warranty.
