We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business. This is new old stock hose that was left over from a spool in overall great condition.

We were able to determine this is a 22” long (1 ft. 10 in.) piece of MPI 100-0580 Premium Marine Water Hard-Wall SAE J2006 Hose based on the part number located on the item.

This hose has an inside diameter of 5/8″ inches.

It’s suitable for a variety of applications including engine water intake and circulation, bilge discharge, live-well systems, and other non-fuel uses. A fully embedded helical wire provides strength and flexibility and helps resist heat, ozone, mild acids, bilge oils and engine water.
