We recently acquired an inventory of new products from a repair facility specializing in large passenger ships that had to downsize due to COVID. 

This product is an ultra-strength industrial marine epoxy used primarily for high pressure fiberglass tube joints. Because the expiration date is in October 2020, the company decided to liquidate all remaining inventory as they have no upcoming jobs that require this product. 

This can be used for virtually any application where a two-part epoxy adhesive is required – craft, hobby, construction, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and marine applications are all excellent applications for this product.

We have included, in our pictures and below some key bits of information:

1. Pot Life – See Attached Graphic (we’ve converted Celsius to Fahrenheit)
2. Hot Cure – For 100% strength, a hot cure is recommended. This can be achieved using a heat gun set on a low setting a foot or so away from the object with the goal to heat the bonded surface to 140-180 F or about an hour.
3. Viscosity – See Attached Graphic – this looks to have a consistency somewhere between JB weld and liquid epoxy.
4. Resin Mixing Instructions – See Attached Graphic – They advise that the entire contents of A & B are mixed at one time. If you wish to attempt to mix in smaller batches, it would be at a 19:9 ratio.
