We recently acquired a large number of marine parts. This is a new old stock item in excellent condition with the factory’s original packaging still intact.

We were able to determine this is a Monarch Moor Whips Model 04 The Prop Cop Anti-Theft Propeller Lock by the model number and description on the packaging.

Designed for the following:

• Evinrude Johnson 60 – 140HP outboards, except 1985 110 – 140HP (with larger gear case)
• Cobra applications

• Through the hub exhaust
