We were able to determine that this is a Sierra 18-3658 Thermostat Kit with Seal based on the part number located on the factory original packaging.

This thermostat kit is a direct replacement for the following:

• Volvo Penta 875784 / 875781 / 877349
• Mallory 9-43006

It is designed for Volvo Penta MD5A, MD5B, and MD5C engines.
