We were able to determine these are Sierra 18-4363 Exhaust Elbow Mounting Kits based on a part number located on the factory’s original packaging.

These kits are a direct replacement for Barr FM-1-83-P.

They are designed to be used with Sierra 18-1998 (Exhaust Manifold).
