We were able to determine this is a OMC 0358688-00 Pull Start Rope Housing based on a part number located on the unit.

This Pull Start Rope Housing is for OMC, Evinrude, and Johnson Outboard Motors. Please use the measurements provided to confirm fitment before purchasing.
