We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor. This is a new old stock item in excellent condition with the factory original packaging still intact, however, was opened to show and verify the contents.

We were able to determine this is a Cummins 3971070 Coalescing Filter by the part number on the label of the factory original packaging.
