This item was sourced from a boat builder who encountered an issue and subsequently removed it during the warranty period. Upon inspecting the AC unit, we identified that the SmartStart 3 component was faulty, which we believe may have been the reason for the unit’s removal under warranty. As we are not positive this was the reason for removal and are unable to perform a bench test, we have decided, as a precautionary measure, to sell the unit as “for parts” or “non-working condition.”
