We were able to determine this is a Quicksilver 88688A23 Dual Handle Trim Remote Control Console Mount by the part number located on the instructions.

• Designed for all MCM (sterndrive)/MIE (inboard) and Mercury/Mariner 3.4L Outboards with external trim cylinders
• All installations require a separate Ignition Switch and Throttle/Shift Cables to complete the installation. Ref throttle/shift cables 850716A or 877773A
