We were able to determine this is a Schneider LV429375 Low-Voltage Switch Lead-Sealing Accessories Kit based on the part number located on the packaging.

This kit is designed for Schneider Electric Compact NSX100-630, FPower NSX / GV7, and Compact NSJ switches.
