We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business. This appears to be a new old stock unit however there is a small amount of fluid which leads us to believe this was installed at one point hence the “used” listing status. That said, it is in phenomenal working order with no hiccups or issues with any of the moving parts. Please note, we did not bench test this unit nor do we have the equipment or any other means to do so.

Please note this transmission does not come with any coolers, adapters, or damper plates nor is there a drive coupling either.

We were able to determine this is a Borg Warner 10-18-014 72C Velvet Drive 1:1 Marine Boat Transmission Gearbox based on the part number located on the units tag.

This transmission is currently set up for  standard rotation however can be adjusted to be counter by adjusting the hydraulic pump’s orientation. Please note this transmission does not come with any coolers, adapters, or damper plates.
