We were able to determine this is a Mercury 896609A01 Single DTS Slim Trim Console Remote Control based on a part number located on the label of the factory original packaging.

This Remote Control Kit is a direct replacement for Mercury 8M0079291.

It is designed for 1994 and newer Mercury Marine applications.
