We were able to determine this is a Monarch Moor Whips Model 01 The Prop Cop Anti-Theft Propeller Lock by the model number and description on the packaging.

Designed for the following:

• Evinrude Johnson 150HP – 3.6L outboards
• King Cobra 120 – 140HP and OMC 2.5L sterndrives

Details:

• 3/4″ thread
• Through the hub exhaust
• For standard propellers and Turbo Raker II
