This item was originally intended for installation by a boat builder but arrived defective from the manufacturer. The boat builder reported this unit wasn't installed due to a LED light defective on the STBD side of the ERC. The boat builder, who only installs parts on new boats, follows a policy of not using any items with defects, so this unit was not installed.

While we have no reason to suspect the unit is not fully functional, due to the complexity of the system are unable to bench test. In light of this, we will give the buyer a 30-day period to have this unit installed and tested by a certified Mercury technician to confirm functionality and if it is found faulty, return it for a full refund. Buyer assumes ALL liability and risk in purchasing, thoroughly testing and using this part.

This DTS dual handle Electronic Remote Control (ERC) for quad engine installs includes these features: Throttle only, 1 Lever Mode, Helm transfer, Mercury global dimming, trim all engines, individual engine trim, start/stop all engines, individual engine start/stop, and a neutral indicator light.

This control also has Mercury's Active trim integrated into the ERC itself, as well as an integrated display that will provide select informational pop-ups and feature status indicators.

Will require calibration by Mercury technician with G3 device. For 2007 and newer engines only.
