We recently acquired the excess inventory of a large marine parts distributor. This is a new old stock item in great cosmetic condition, however, the working condition is unknown as we do not have any previous history of this unit nor the capabilities to bench test it.

We were able to determine this is a Volvo Penta 21238191 HIU Engine Control based on a part number located on the label on the unit.
