We were able to determine this is an Barr MC-1-0120 Exhaust Manifold Kit based on a part number located on the unit.

This kit is designed for Mercruiser Chevrolet 4-cylinder marine exhaust manifold for 153 & 181 C.I.D. Chevrolet engines.
