Our History
Max Marine Outlet is a South Florida based business that specializes in putting new-old-stock and surplus boat parts in the hands of boaters who need them. Max Marine Outlet is the boat parts business unit of Max Marine Electronics. Owner and founder Max Stein turned a lifelong passion for boating and a knack for understanding boat systems into a successful business when he created Max Marine Electronics in 2011. When he realized that the same formula that made Max Marine Electronics could be applied to other marine products, Max Marine Outlet was born. Max Marine Outlet has been operating alongside Max Marine Electronics since 2020.

The Facility
Our facility is the heart of our operation – we built our warehouse from the ground up. From design to completion, we focused on creating a space built specifically for the needs of the Max Marine stores.
Our facility is fully air conditioned – this ensures our products stays in tip top shape and our employees are able to perform their jobs in comfort.
The Operation
Our inventory comes from a variety of sources: Installers, manufacturers. boatbuilders, boatyards, marinas, and boat owners. Wherever it comes from, when equipment arrives at our facility, each individual item goes through a comprehensive listing process.
Equipment requiring bench tests are tested on a live test setup that emulates a normal installation on a vessel. Once testing is complete, the items go through a thorough detailing process. The photos we provide on each listing, are actual product photos taken by us, not stock photos. After these steps, the item is finally ready to be listed for sale. In the event that we are unable to test an item, we make this absolutely clear in our listing as to not mislead our buyers, please be aware of this and read the descriptions we provide to avoid any confusion. All of the inventory that is listed and in-stock on our website is physically here in our facility – we do not drop ship – if it shows in stock on the website, we have it here and in most cases can ship it to you within 1 business day.
The Future
As the boating industry grows, so do the buying opportunities for us and thus, the purchasing opportunities for our customers.
Max Marine Outlet is proud to be developing a second, dedicated facility here in Pompano Beach that, much like our current one, will be custom tailored to what we do and allow for our continued growth. We are excited to see what the future holds.
