The SmartStick was removed for use in a different application during the build process, and this cylinder was set aside to be used at a later date. It may show minor cosmetic blemishes from storage (see photos).

Some hardware is also missing. Such as PKG Ground Strap Port, and PKG Stabilizer Clips.
