The Suzuki Marine Engine Interface Cable 990C0-88149, Software Version 3.5.0 is an OEM Suzuki engine interface cable used to connect compatible Suzuki outboard engines to Suzuki SMIS/NMEA 2000 digital instrumentation.

This cable takes engine data from the Suzuki outboard and puts that information onto the boat's digital/NMEA 2000 network. This can allow compatible displays to show information such as engine operating data and other engine parameters. Suzuki describes these as Engine Interface Cables for connecting DF9.9B through larger Suzuki outboards to the system.
