We were able to determine this is a Suzuki 67000-93J25 Throttle Control Kit based on a part number located on the factory original packaging.

This Throttle Control Kit is Superseded by 67000-93J28.

This Flush Mount Throttle Control Kit is reversible for left hand and right hand installations and is intended for 2005 and newer model year Suzuki Outboard Motors.
