We were able to determine this is a Volvo Penta 3581243 Propeller Shaft Pin based on the part number located on the factory’s original packaging.

This pin is designed for Volvo Penta’s S-Drive 130S-D and 130SR-D motors.

It is for the shaft that connects the folding blade to the hub on Volvo Penta’s latest style 3-blade folding propeller.
