We recently acquired this unit from a marine company that kept it as a spare for a boat that is no longer in their fleet. Cable Length is cut short to about 36in, actuator powers on, but we are unable to bench test and will provide the buyer with a 30 day period to test the item and if it is not functioning properly, return it for a full refund.
