Upon connection to a power supply, the unit turns on and its buttons are functional. However, due to the complexity of the system are unable to do so. In light of this, we will give the buyer a 30 day period to install and test the item and if found faulty, return for a full refund. We highly recommend contracting a Certified SmartCraft technician to install and test, as some of the items in the system may require additional programming, software updates, etc.
