The (Custom, Heavy Duty Cantilever Support Slide, 316 Stainless Steel, Ball Bearing Slides) is a tri-level support slide with ball bearings.

Top Plate: L 31 3/4in x W 3 1/2in
First Level (Closed Slides): L 32in x W 4 1/4in
Second Level (Top Slide Extended): L 48 5/8in x W 4 1/4in
Third Level (Top 2 Slides Extended): L 65 1/8in x W 4 1/4in
Top Slide will lock into position when extended, small piece you need to push up to unlock and retract slide.
