Please confirm you have the correct software version 3.44 or have the ability to reprogram as all functions may not work properly otherwise. We typically bench test in house for all functionalities, but due to the complexity of the system are unable to do so. In light of this, we will give the buyer a 30 day period to install and test the item to confirm functionality. This unit also includes a 90 day warranty.
