We were able to determine this is a Mercury 92-858077K01 32 oz. Synthetic 0W30 Power Steering Fluid Bottle based on a part number located on the unit.

This fluid is designed to be used in the power steering systems on Mercury outboards and where synthetic SAE 0W-30W oil is recommended.
