We recently acquired an inventory of items from a Boston Whaler repower project. This lower unit was removed from a quad-engine setup during the repower and was resealed after removal.

Driveshaft Length: 25-Inch "XL" Extra-Long Shaft length configuration

Gearcase Torpedo Diameter: Heavy-Duty 5.44-Inch oversized offshore housing size

Internal Gear Ratio: 1.75:1 factory reduction ratio

Propeller Shaft Diameter: Heavy-Duty 1.25-Inch thick output shaft (Requires specialized heavy-duty hub kits like Flo-Torq HD)

Propeller Shaft Spline Count: 19-Tooth heavy-duty spline configuration

Driveshaft Spline Count: 20-Tooth powerhead-mating upper spline configuration
