We were able to determine this is an OMC 5009434 Water Pump Repair Kit by the part number on the factory packaging.

This kit is direct replacement for OMC 5009435, 5011603, and 5011599.

It is designed for a multitude of Evinrude Johnson outboard motors, please confirm fitment before purchase.
