Space-Saving Compact Configuration: Features a continuous, single-frame structural layout housing the high-pressure pump, motor, pre-filters, and control manifold together—drastically reducing the required engine room mounting footprint compared to a modular configuration.
Built-In High-Pressure Pump Motor (Spec # 35M940T426G1): Heavy-duty, washdown-duty Baldor-Reliance industrial motor delivering 2 HP (at 50Hz / 1425 RPM) or 2.5 HP (at 60Hz / 1725 RPM). Configured for field-wired dual voltage: 110/220V or 115/230V Single Phase. Running current draws are 21 Amps (at 110/115V) or 10.5 Amps (at 220/230V). Built onto a robust 145TCZ frame.
Remote-Mount Seawater Booster Pump Motor (Spec # 34R75-2614): Dedicated Baldor-Reliance booster feed pump motor delivering 0.5 HP (1/2 HP) at 2850/3450 RPM (50/60Hz). Configured for dual-voltage 115/230V Single Phase with a running current draw of 9.4 Amps (at 115V). Featuring a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) enclosure built on a standard 56J frame.
High-Pressure Pump Configuration: Standard High-Pressure Plunger Pump (PLNGR) configuration—designed for smooth, low-noise high-pressure water delivery with a standard 2,000-hour service interval.

Important Buyer Note on Membrane Shelf Life: The original factory-installed membranes included in this box carry a stamped manufacture date of 9/22/2022. Because unsealed or stored reverse osmosis elements have a strict limited shelf life, these specific elements may need to be replaced by the buyer before the watermaker is officially commissioned or put into service.
