We were able to determine these are 16 oz bottles of Quicksilver Premium Plus Two Cycle Outboard Oils based on the part number located on the bottles themselves.

Quicksilver’s advanced formula is designed for all 2-cycle outboard engine applications and is specifically formulated to meet the demands of high horsepower and direct fuel injected (DFI) outboards and is TC-W3 certified.
