We recently acquired these items from a walk-in customer. They were reported to have been used, then rebuilt shortly after being removed from the original boat and placed into storage after the boat was repowered with different engines. Unfortunately, we do not know who performed the work, the full extent of the work, or when it was performed.

Please be advised that this lower unit has been stored out of its packaging for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the paint has some minor blemishes and scuffing from storage, which appear to be cosmetic only. The lower unit is also missing the 2 trim pieces for the rear portion. It is missing the manufacturer’s original packaging and may have additional minor cosmetic blemishes (See Photos).

• Yamaha OEM gearcase assembly for the F350 5.3L V8 four-stroke outboard engine built for a 25-inch (XL) shaft length and standard right-hand (RH) regular rotation.
• Primary OEM part number sequence belongs to the 6AW-45300 family, with common interchangeable 25" part numbers including 6AW-45300-23-8D, 6AW-45300-22-8D, 6AW-45300-21-8D, and 6AW-45300-20-8D.
• Driveshaft tip features exactly 22 splines.
• Propeller shaft features exactly 17 splines.
• Propeller shaft diameter is 1.25 inches (1-1/4").
• Internal gear ratio is 1.75:1.
• Main torpedo/bullet-shaped center housing measures exactly 6 inches in diameter.
• Features a standard rotation rule where turning the top vertical driveshaft clockwise (looking downward) causes the rear propeller shaft to also turn clockwise when in gear (looking straight at it from behind).
• Displays a stamped or raised factory casting number prefix starting with 6AW 03 YM-1 on the internal casting faces or near the upper flange.
• Fits 5.3L V8 F350 models spanning years 2007 through 2019, including engine model tags F350TXR, F350AET1X, F350XCA, F350XCB, and F350XCC.
• Built exclusively for the V8 platform and does not bolt up to or align with smaller 4.2L or 4.3L V6 offshore engine families.
