We were able to determine this is a Yamaha MAR-MTRCV-11-50 Motor Cover based on a part number located on the factory original packaging.

This Motor Cover is for all F75, F80, F90, F100 & F115 Yamaha 4 Stroke Outboards, including the new F115LB and F115XB. It is constructed of durable SurLast solution-dyed polyester fabric.
